I’m a simple chap who is not that technically literate or familiar with legal jargon. However, what I DO care about your privacy and your right to understand why you are on my mailing list, and how to have your details removed if you so wish.
What it comes down to for me is:
- You have the right to know what data about you is held, how it is kept, and what I use that data for.
- You have the right to unsubscribe from my mailing list – at any time – knowing your data will be deleted.
Privacy policy
Most privacy policies read like war and peace – and most people don’t read them!
In a nutshell:
a) I have your e-mail address and may have other contact details and personal information about you. These details are kept in a secure place and only used to contact you electronically with updates regarding my writing and related news.
b) How I use any data I have access to.
I use the e-mail information to e-mail you about my writing news, projects and any releases I may have.
I do not, and will not spam people and would NEVER sell or rent my mailing list to any outside party.
You need to know that at any time – if you feel you want to unsubscribe from my list – there is ALWAYS an unsubscribe button at the bottom of every e-mail I send. Simply click this and you will not receive any further e-mails, and your data will be deleted.
